Dearly Departed Office

Your tour will meet the Dearly Departed Tours office, located at 6603 Sunset Boulevard, on the North side of Sunset Blvd between N Schrader Blvd & Cassil Pl. Traffic in Los Angeles is EXTREMELY unpredictable. If your GPS tells you it's a 20 minute trip - do not believe it. Allow enough time to arrive early - there are several restaurants and coffee shops in the area. There is also sightseeing in the area (Grauman's Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater) as well.

Remember: It is your responsibility to show up on time as the tour departs on time - as a courtesy to others. Again, please allow more than enough time for your journey.

You are welcome to bring drinks on the tour - but no food.

There will be one restroom break at the tour's halfway point - about 1 hour and 15 minutes in.

DIRECTIONS:

• Take the Redline to Hollywood and Highland.
• When reaching the street level turn LEFT and cross Highland Avenue.
• Cross Hollywood Boulevard heading South (right) - towards the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum.
• Turn LEFT - pass McDonald's and walk to Las Palmas Blvd and turn RIGHT. Walk one block to Selma Ave and turn LEFT
• Walk one block to Cassil Pl. and turn RIGHT. Walk one block to Sunset and turn LEFT Dearly Departed Tours is on the left.

• Take the 101 Freeway North.
• Exit 8A to Sunset Blvd. and turn right to westbound Sunset Blvd.
• Stay on Sunset approximately 1 mile.
• Pass Vine Street and 7 blocks ahead just past the Seward St. stoplight, turn right on Cassil Pl. There is a church parking lot on the left that charges $5 on weekdays and a Grant Parking lot on the right which averages $10.

NOTE: Do NOT park in the lot behind our offices. Please. This is reserved parking for the other tenants and we'll get into a heap of trouble.

• Follow signs from the airport to I-105 E.
• Keep left at fork and continue on I-105 E.
• Take the exit on the left for I-110 N.
• Take the exit onto US -101 N toward Hollywood.
• take Exit 8A at Sunset Blvd. and turn right to westbound Sunset Blvd.
• Stay on Sunset approximately 1 mile.

• Turn RIGHT onto Cahuenga Blvd. South
• Stay towards the left on Cahuenga Blvd, cross Hollywood Blvd and at Sunset Boulevard turn RIGHT.
• Just about two and a half blocks you will see the Seward St. stoplight, and you will see our office at 6603 on the right. Turn right on Cassil Pl. There is a church parking lot on the left that charges $5 on weekdays, and a Grant Parking lot on the right which averages $10.
