Richard Sebastian

Richard Sebastian grew up on the stage in New England.  He graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a BA degree in Theatre.  After conquering the stage his family suggested he move out to LA and get into TV & Film.  He did just that and Hollywood was very kind to him.  After moving here in 1986 he did lots of commercials, soap work and sit com work and some film work.  He starred in a film with Lyle Waggoner entitled "Dream A Little Evil" and another film also with Lyle called "Murder Weapon."  It's appropriate that he did horror films and ends up doing tours in Hollywood about some of the real murders/horrors Hollywood has to offer.  Richard enjoys being an actor but his passion now is showing LA to many people from all over the world and he says he found his calling in giving tours here in Hollywood.  He credits being a fun and knowledgeable tour guide to Scott Michaels who truly did teach him the ropes on giving great tours.  Thank you Scott!!!!

Brian Donnelly

Although born and raised in Philadelphia, Brian Donnelly believes he must have lived a past life in Hollywood, probably in the late 30’s. Having the honor of being a tour guide is a perfect match for his love of trivia, history, teaching and talking. Being part of Dearly Departed Tours is a natural for Brian, who spends his birthdays and celebrations staying in the rooms where celebrities have lived and died. When he is not working, Brian can be found pausing the TIVO to determine where a scene in Hollywood was filmed, reading books about Hollywood, watching movies about Hollywood, and pretending to be a tourist in Hollywood.

Los Angeles Magazine says, “Of the scores of tour drivers who ply their trade in Hollywood, he's widely acknowledged as the best, the one who combines an encyclopedic knowledge with an irresistible patter.”

The LA Times says, “In a town where so many people have no interest in their day jobs, where everyone wants to be doing something else, Donnelly truly loves what he does.”
