Parking information:

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Hollywood and Highland Shopping center offers $2.00 (for 4 hours) public parking within easy walking distance of our starting point.  Enter from Highland Ave., just north of Hollywood Blvd., on the west side of the street.

Elevators are located on all levels at the center of the lot. Go to level 1. Make a left when leaving elevator area and head toward Hollywood Blvd. Once on Hollywood Blvd., turn to your left and walk less than one block, across Highland Ave. Continue another block, crossing McCadden Place where the Starbucks is.  Turn left and I'll be parked on that street behind the Starbucks, passing the unfriendly tour company, and you'll see my van there, probably 15 to 20 minutes prior to the tour.

The parking below is no longer available as of Wednesday June 25th, 2008.  I am so sorry. Now looking for alternatives, but the Kodak parking above, very very good.  They will validate your ticket at the Tourism and Information bureau at the entrance to the Kodak.

Nearer is $8.00 parking at the lot between McCadden Place and Las Palmas on the North side of Hollywood Boulevard, just behind the shops.   They will charge you $12, $10, or $8 or $7 depending on their mood, I will provide you a coupon to have money returned to you, so your total will be $8.  These people are price gougers.  I would really recommend the shopping center option above, and walking 2 blocks.  I'm sorry its like this, I'm a small business - cannot afford a storefront.

Meter parking is free on Sundays.
